LGC 2019 is about Creating a Health and Fitness Connection
Looking Good Cottonwood strives to bring wellness and happiness to our community through health and ﬁtness. Instead of focusing on competition and weight loss, the 2019 LGC will continue these efforts by connecting participants with educational and recreational programming. Please join us once a month throughout the year for presentations on health, wellness, alternative recreational activities and more.

Monday, March 11: The Power of Sleep with Rodger Bates, Life Coach
Monday, April 15: Prediabetes - A wake up call for wellness with Lisa Hill, RDN, Diabetes Educator
Monday, May 13: Exercising with Pain with Lauren Geer, physical therapist. Lauren will review exercise recommendations and modifications for those with joint, back and other pain.
Monday, June 10: Positive Effects of Exercise on the Mind & Body with Lynda Ojeda, Certified Personal Trainer
LGC Presentations are held in the CRC Cottonwood Room at 5:30pm
LGC presentations will continue throughout the year one evening a month.
