Are you ready for a fall of the bone, lips smacking, juicy rib? Rhythm & Ribs is sure to bring you the best that the state has to offer. We don't believe in judging a rib that is cooked so it aligns with an organizations preferred method we just want the BEST RIB PERIOD. We assemble the finest BBQ restaurants in the state to compete in a no holds barred best rib wins People's Choice and Judge's Choice Rib cook-off. We offer vendors $2,000 in prize money and the opportunity to be named the best.

People's Choice

You be the judge in our People's Choice category. Each attendee to Rhythm & Ribs will receive 3 sample tickets which are attached to their ticket. On the back of the ticket write in your vote after sampling. Additional taste can be purchased for $1.

Judge's Choice

Rhythm & Ribs assembles a cast of hearty rib enthusiasts to judge the cast. The judging is completely anonymous. Each competitor is judged on: BBQ Sauce, Tenderness, Presentation, and Overall Flavor.
