Responsibilities
The Human Resources Department, under the direction of the City Manager, works in support of our organization's principles, values, vision, and mission in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees, and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment to support the total operation in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource - its people.
We provide quality services and support in recruitment and staffing, employee relations, organizational and employee development, risk management, compensation and benefits, safety, and regulatory compliance.
