Effective July 1, 2025, the Community Development and Fire Department will adopt and begin enforcing the 2024 International Codes and the 2025 Fee Schedule. This training session is designed to provide an overview of the key updates to the 2024 International Residential Code and the revisions to the International Fire Code as they pertain to one- and two-family dwellings. Additionally, the session will include a review of the new fee schedules and local Code amendments.
