BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
COTTONWOOD, AZ – The Cottonwood Board of Adjustment will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Council Chambers - Riverfront, 1083 E. Riverfront Road, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
The following item is scheduled for Discussion:
- Discussion regarding HB2447 as it pertains to establishing Design Standards and changes to Section 304: Design Review.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend or send comments to the Community Development Director by noon on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. A verbal comment period will be provided during each hearing item. The Chair may impose a time limit on each speaker.
