NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

City of Cottonwood City Council will hold a Public Hearing to discuss and consider the proposed annexation of Spring Creek Ranch property (approximately 280 acres located southeast of State Route 89A, approximately 1.5 miles south of Page Springs Road) and approximately 11 square miles of Coconino National Forest located between Cottonwood and the Spring Creek Ranch property. According to Yavapai County Assessor's records, you are an owner of property within the proposed annexation area (see enclosed map).

The Public Hearing is scheduled for 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at the Cottonwood Recreation Center, 150 S. 6th Street in Cottonwood.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend this hearing. Materials relating to the above is available for review from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Cottonwood Community Development Department, 111 North Main Street in Cottonwood, or call (928) 634-5505.
