COTTONWOOD, AZ – The Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers - Riverfront, 1083 E. Riverfront Road, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
The following New Business items will be on the agenda:
• DR-24-010 - Contractor's Storage Yard
• CUP-24-012 - A request for A Conditional Use Permit to allow a fence height of 9 Feet 8 Inches in a C-1 zone.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend or send comments to the Community Development Director by noon on Friday, November 15, 2024. A verbal comment period will be provided during each hearing item. The Chair may impose a time limit on each speaker.
An agenda item may be heard at the next regularly scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission meeting due to the unexpected cancellation of this meeting or removal of the item from the agenda.
