PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
COTTONWOOD, AZ – The Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a meeting on Monday, April 21, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Council Chambers - Riverfront, 1083 E. Riverfront Road, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
The following items will be on the agenda:
- ZO-25-003 - AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF COTTONWOOD SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
- ZO-25-004 - AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF COTTONWOOD ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE II (SECTION 201) DEFINITIONS
- ZO-25-005 - AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF COTTONWOOD ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 405 SIGNS
All interested persons are encouraged to attend or send comments to the Community Development Director by noon on Friday, April 18, 2025. A verbal comment period will be provided during each hearing item. The Chair may impose a time limit on each speaker.
An agenda item may be heard at the next regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to the unexpected cancellation of this meeting or removal of the item from the agenda. Material relating to the above is available for review from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Community Development Department, 111 North Main Street in Cottonwood, (928) 634-5505.
