Detective Sergeant Tod Moore has been with the Cottonwood Police Department since 2004. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2007 and was reassigned as our Detective Sergeant in July of 2008. Sgt. Moore's area of responsibility also includes duties as Public Information Officer (PIO) and Professional Standards Sergeant.
