CITY OF COTTONWOOD IS

SEEKING APPLICANTS FOR THE

PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT BOARD


The Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board is seeking applicants to fill a voting member term that will expire December 31, 2020. This position is voluntary and non-paid.


The purpose of the City of Cottonwood Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board is to administer the Police and Fire Departments retirement system benefits, approve new members, handle actions on claims for retirement and disability claims and analyze annual reports with respect to the administration of the system.


If you are a resident of Cottonwood interested in serving your community, please consider volunteering. Commission/board member applications are available at the Human Resources office, 816 N. Main St., City Hall, 827 N. Main St., by calling 928-340-2732, or online at www.cottonwoodaz.gov. Completed applications should be returned to the Human Resources office or City Hall no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, April 6, 2018.
